Overview
Version V0 represents the first functional release of the Call Performance Dashboard. This version introduces core traffic visibility, connection metrics, ASR calculation, and outbound DID validation monitoring.
Calls per Second (Traffic Trend Visualization)

What was implemented:
- Added a time-series chart displaying:
- Peak Calls per Second
- Average Calls per Second
- Enables traffic spike detection and capacity monitoring.
- Provides visibility into daily call load fluctuations.
- Supports performance analysis during high-volume periods.
Purpose:
To monitor real-time traffic behavior and detect abnormal peaks or drops in call activity.
High-Level KPI Summary Cards

What was implemented:
- Added KPI summary cards displaying:
- Attempted Calls
- Connected Calls
- Failed Calls
- ASR Rate (Answer-Seizure Ratio)
- Large numeric visualization for quick executive insight.
- ASR highlighted for immediate quality evaluation.
Purpose:
To provide an instant overview of system performance and connection effectiveness.
Performance Over Period (Trend Analysis)
What was implemented:
- Added multi-line trend chart showing:
- Attempted Calls
- Connected Calls
- Failed Calls
- Daily performance comparison.
- Visual correlation between attempts and failures.
- Enables identification of performance anomalies.
Purpose:
To analyze traffic evolution over time and evaluate connection efficiency patterns.
Outbound DIDs – Validation Monitoring

What was implemented:
- Introduced dedicated Outbound DID validation section.
- Added metrics for:
- T+ Validated Numbers
- Unvalidated Numbers
- Differentiation between:
- Teams+ DID Numbers
- External Forwarding Numbers
- Blocked-by-User Numbers
- Clear visual separation between validated and unvalidated traffic sources.
Purpose:
To monitor DID validation health and identify routing inconsistencies or unauthorized outbound patterns.
Outbound Blocking & Screening Visibility
What was implemented:
- Added monitoring for:
- Blocked User DIDs
- External Forwarding Numbers blocked by user
- Early identification of user-level blocking behavior.
- Helps measure the impact of screening or call filtering mechanisms.
Purpose:
To improve outbound call quality monitoring and detect screening-related performance impacts.
