Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This policy governs all customers using Teams Plus products and services. The entity operates as "Telogiks, ULC" in Canada and "Juxto, LLC" in the United States. Your use of Teams Plus's products and services constitutes your acceptance of the current policy version.


Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Teams Plus network and platform:

  1. Illegal/harmful content — Material violating laws or constituting threats, obscenity, hatred, or unauthorized computer access.
  2. Intellectual property violations — Copyright, trademark, patent infringement, and trade secret misappropriation.
  3. Unauthorized exploitation — Reproducing or reselling services without express written consent.
  4. Software restrictions — No copying, distributing, or sublicensing provided software except as authorized.
  5. Deceptive marketing — Fraudulent promotional practices prohibited.
  6. Service interference — Restricting others' access or enjoyment of the platform.
  7. Malware introduction — Viruses, trojans, worms strictly forbidden.
  8. Security breaches — Unauthorized access attempts and disruption activities.
  9. Network monitoring — Intercepting unintended data traffic prohibited.
  10. Authentication circumvention — Bypassing security systems forbidden.
  11. Denial of service attacks — Disrupting service to other users.
  12. Terminal interference — Disabling user sessions prohibited.
  13. Network overload — Excessive usage including call centers, robodialers, and telemarketing.
  14. Non-compliance — Failing to follow Teams Plus procedures.
  15. Fraudulent data — False information or credit card misuse.
  16. DID assignment — Multiple users per number requires consent.
  17. Spam activities — Unsolicited bulk messaging and spam promotion.
  18. Harassment — Abusive language toward employees or users.
  19. Impersonation — Fraudulent identity assumption and forgery.
  20. Harassment emails — Soliciting replies through deceptive means.
  21. Pyramid schemes — Chain letters and similar structures.
  22. Network spam — Unsolicited promotional emails from Teams Plus network.
  23. Export violations — Non-compliance with U.S. import/export regulations.
  24. Service theft — Attempting access without paying applicable fees.
  25. Equipment tampering — Modifying or disassembling services or hardware.

Calling Coverage

"Unlimited minute" plans cover the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Canadian provinces, excluding territories. Excluded regions incur 50-cent-per-minute rates.


Abusable Resources

Upon notification of security vulnerabilities, customers must immediately take all necessary steps to avoid any further abuse. Post-notification violations constitute policy breaches.


Enforcement

Teams Plus reserves the right to immediately suspend and/or terminate service for violations with or without prior notice. The company may investigate suspected breaches and suspend accounts if customers decline cooperation.


Privacy Notice

Per the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, Teams Plus makes no guarantee of confidentiality or privacy and may monitor network transmissions.
